Online booking group class

How is the training done?

It is trained on mats or on the equipment developed by Joseph Pilates, in comfortable sportswear and with socks. A changing room is available in the studio. Mats are provided and a towel can be put underneath as an option. An hour unit in the studio lasts 55 minutes, online 50 minutes. Groups are taught from a minimum of 4 participants and are limited to a maximum of 7 participants.
